EQ Smart-Level hydraulic leveling system, Mercedes Sprinter chassis, 2018 and older
Complete automatic hydraulic leveling system configured for the Mercedes Sprinter chassis, 2018 and older. It comes with clamp-on brackets to mount the jack legs to the Sprinter chassis.
The Sprinter system is patented, Pat. 12,319,247, and needs no alterations to the frame rail to install: no cutting, no drilling and no welding. It ships with clamp on and box-bolt brackets for the jack legs and a bracket for the hydraulic pump.

This is the same leveling system used by leading RV manufacturers, supplied as an installation friendly kit. The sequential leveling process gives a more precise level along the length of the vehicle and keeps it as low to the ground as possible.
Hose lengths and fitment
The hose lengths listed are what ships with the kit, based on the fitment guide. If your pump and jack placement differ from the fitment guide, put the hose lengths you need in the order notes or call EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before ordering. Hoses are available from 4 to 40 feet in two foot steps.
Power the system needs
Load test the battery before installing: EQ Systems calls for a minimum of 150 amperes at a minimum of 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Voltage at the control panel must not fall below 11 volts in operation, and Auto-Level stops at 10.5 volts. Some lithium batteries cannot deliver the running amperage these pumps need.
After installation
Set the Null so the system knows the level position you want, then fill with Dexron III ATF to about one inch below the top of the reservoir with the jacks retracted, remembering the level rises as they retract. Fit the vented breather cap in place of the shipping plug before running the system.
