Hydraulic hoses for EQ Systems leveling and slide-out systems
Replacement hydraulic hose, sold by length. These are the hoses that run from the pump manifold out to each jack and slide-out cylinder. Order by the length you need: EQ Systems builds them in two foot steps from 4 feet to 40 feet, and each length is its own part number.

Reading the color code on your existing hose
EQ Systems color codes the hoses at build so a system can be traced without pulling it apart. The color identifies the corner and the marking identifies which side of the cylinder it feeds.
- White, right front jack
- Brown, left front jack
- Yellow, right rear jack
- Orange, left rear jack
- Green, slide-out cylinder
- Purple or gray, pump to rod end on some builds
- Solid marking is the top port, striped marking is the bottom port
Ordering the right one
Measure the hose you are replacing end to end rather than estimating from the run, and note the fitting on each end and the hose inside diameter, which is stamped on the hose. On a multi function system the same length may appear several times in different colors, so replacing one hose does not mean every hose of that color is the same length. If a hose is being replaced because of a leak, bleed the system afterward: trapped air is the leading cause of jacks or slide rooms drifting from the stowed position.
