Hydraulic hoses for EQ Systems leveling and slide-out systems
Replacement hydraulic hose, sold by length. These are the hoses that run from the pump manifold out to each jack and slide-out cylinder. Order by the length you need: EQ Systems builds them in two foot steps from 4 feet to 40 feet, plus a 44 foot length, and each length is its own part number. Every hose is 1/4 inch hydraulic hose with number 4 female JIC fittings.

Reading the color code on your existing hose
EQ Systems color codes the leveling system hoses so a system can be traced without pulling it apart. The color identifies the corner and the marking identifies the function.
- Brown, left front jack
- White, right front jack
- Orange, left rear jack
- Yellow, right rear jack
- A solid color is the extend side; the same color with a black stripe is the retract side
Ordering the right one
Measure the hose you are replacing end to end rather than estimating from the run. On a multi function system the same length may appear several times in different colors, so replacing one hose does not mean every hose of that color is the same length. If a hose is being replaced because of a leak, bleed the system afterward: trapped air is the leading cause of jacks or slide rooms drifting from the stowed position.
