Reservoir plug and grommet, EQ Systems part 7824
The flush mounted plug that seals the fill port on top of the hydraulic pump reservoir, supplied with its grommet. This is the sealed plug, not the vented breather cap.

Sealed plug or vented cap
A system in service needs the vented breather cap in the fill port, not a sealed plug. EQ Systems installation manuals call for the flush plug to be removed and the breather cap fitted before the jacks are used, because a sealed reservoir makes the jack operate erratically. If you are looking for the part that lets the reservoir breathe, that is breather cap 7825.
EQ Systems hydraulic systems run on Dexron III ATF. With the jacks fully retracted the fluid level should sit about one inch below the top of the reservoir. Remember the level rises as the jacks retract: a reservoir filled to the top with the jacks extended will push fluid out of the breather cap when they come back up.
