The same guidelines listed in the warranty policy of your operation manual warrant replacement parts for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. However, you must provide proof of the warranty repair date and the original vehicle purchase date.
Systems come with a one-year or two-year warranty. Please review the corresponding operation manual for specific warranty terms. EQ Systems Manuals are located here. If you purchased a replacement part, the warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase.

Although we have various guides on our website to help determine the lifting capacity and stroke lengths of the jacks best suited for your vehicle. To identify replacement parts you will need the model number of your pump. The model number will be located on a tag on the motor or the manifold.

Most issues are very simple to repair. Firstly you can contact your local service facility or you can also call EQ Systems for possible suggestions. EQ Systems requires authorization from our service department for repairs.

Indeed, we have a service staff and building available for the installation of any EQ Systems product. Please give us a call to schedule your appointment. Additionally, we provide 30 amp electrical hook-ups and a parking area for overnight stays. Not only do we offer the above but we also are pet friendly!
