Replacement hydraulic pump assembly 3201KS
Read the model number off your existing pump before ordering
The pump model number is on the sticker on the pump itself, and it is the same as the SKU here. That number is the only reliable way to order: the same looking pump can carry a different reservoir, cover, motor and manifold depending on the system it was built for.
The 3201KS is used on AJ single leg, AJ dual leg, AM single leg and AM dual leg systems.
Matching parts for this pump
- Reservoir: 3335K
- Cover depends on the system: 7740-PH on AJ single and AM single, 7750 on AJ dual, 7944 on AM dual.
Before you replace a pump
Most pump complaints turn out to be power, not pump. Depending on the pump and motor combination, up to 160 amperes at a minimum of 10.5 VDC can be required to run the motor, through minimum 4 gauge power and ground cables, larger on long runs, and some lithium batteries cannot deliver that running amperage. Check the ground to the pump stud and the positive cable to the motor solenoid for tightness and corrosion. If the motor runs but nothing moves, look at the fluid level and at trapped air before condemning the pump.
Setting up a new pump
Mount the pump where the fill and breather cap can be reached for filling. Fill with Dexron III ATF to about one inch below the top of the reservoir with the jacks fully retracted, remembering the level rises as the jacks retract. Remove the flush shipping plug and fit the vented breather cap before running the system, or the jacks will operate erratically. Manual override is standard on every EQ Systems pump.
