BI-ROT DV-2 kit, EQ Systems part 7493
This kit adds a DV-2 valve to the manifold of a bi-rotational pump so the leveling jacks and slide-out rooms can be moved by hand if the system loses electrical power. Without it, a bi-rotational system with no power cannot be driven with the drill override.

Installation in outline
Extend the jacks slightly, remove the plug from the manifold port labelled DV-2, install the valve, slip the coil over the valve stem and fit the retaining nut. The coil ground goes to the common ground stud on the pump assembly. On the 2032, 2042 and 2390 the blue and green coil wires join the existing blue and green wires on the motor solenoid small studs. On the 3043 the ring terminals are changed and the blue and green wires go to the A1+ and A2- studs on the end of the motor. Before wiring a 3043, confirm you have the version with the rectangular contactor on the side. The full instructions are linked below.
Using the override once fitted
Seat the cartridge valve screws, open DV2 with a 1/8 inch Allen wrench, uncover the override coupler at the end of the motor and drive it with a drill of at least 2000 rpm using a 1/4 inch Allen drive. Clockwise extends, counter clockwise retracts. Return every valve to its normal position afterward or the jacks and slide-outs will drift out of the stowed position.
