Complete automatic hydraulic leveling system configured for the fifth wheel, six point. It comes with mounting bolts and brackets, and a waterproof sensor so it does not have to be mounted in a storage compartment.
The fifth wheel system works on just about every model of fifth wheel trailer. It replaces the electric front jacks and the rear manual stabilizer jacks, and the front two jacks operate together or independently of the leveling system, so the trailer can be lifted off the truck for easy hooking and unhooking. Then one push of a button automatically levels the trailer in less than two minutes.

This is the same leveling system used by leading RV manufacturers, supplied as an installation friendly kit. The sequential leveling process gives a more precise level along the length of the vehicle and keeps it as low to the ground as possible. It is quick, easy, and on the level.
With its four two way hydraulic cylinders, the system extends and retracts the legs during the leveling sequence, and the EQ Smart-Level control also allows the trailer to be adjusted manually whenever needed, which gives you full control over the system. The waterproof leveling sensor does not have to be mounted in a storage compartment, all harnesses are protected by a PVC coated nylon braid with waterproof connectors, and the heavy duty commercial grade pump has manual override capability in case of a problem or power failure. Installation can be done by most RV dealers or service centers, and EQ Systems also offers factory installation at its facility in Cassopolis, Michigan.
Hose lengths
The hose lengths listed are what ships with the kit. If your pump and jack placement need different lengths, put the hose lengths you need in the order notes or call EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before ordering. Hoses are available from 4 to 40 feet in two foot steps.
Power the system needs
EQ Systems recommends a minimum group 24 RV or marine deep cycle battery rated at least 100 minutes reserve capacity and 500 cold cranking amps; the higher those numbers the better. Flooded lead acid, gel and AGM types are all suitable, and some lithium batteries cannot deliver the running amperage these pumps need, so check with the battery manufacturer. The panel shows a low voltage warning below 10.5 volts.
After installation
Set the Null so the system knows the level position you want. The system runs on Dexron or multipurpose automatic transmission fluid, filled to 1 to 1 1/2 inches below the top of the reservoir with the jacks retracted; plan on 10 to 16 quarts for a full system, and remember the level rises as the jacks retract.
