How EQ’s Landing Gear Equipment Works

The driver backs up to the designated dock with a heavily loaded delivery vehicle but realizes the rear of the truck is a foot short of the dock height. Usually, this problem means a considerable amount of manual unloading. With attached landing gears, the driver can adapt the rear height of both sides of a single or tandem axle truck, van, or lowboy.

All the operator needs to do is activate the dual hydraulic landing gears. These lower to the ground to raise the rear of the truck up. So with the push of a button, the supports operate in tandem or independently to raise the vehicle to the desired height. They also allow for leveling and stabilization once in position. Additionally, a single hydraulic pump can operate both sides of the landing gear.
