It reads the level sensor, decides which jack to move and for how long, and switches the valve coils and the pump motor to get there. The keypad or switch panel the operator touches is a separate part.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eSet the Null after fitting a new controller\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eA replacement controller 2730 does not know where level is on your coach. After installation the Null has to be set, which teaches the system the level position the operator wants. The procedure is in the owner manual for your system and there is a video in the support section of the EQ Systems site. Auto-Level will not work correctly until this is done.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eVoltage matters more than people expect\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eBefore condemning a controller 2730, check voltage. Measured at the control panel it should not fall below 11 volts during operation, and at 10.5 volts the panel stops Auto-Level altogether. Auto-Level needs more voltage than manual control, so a coach that still runs the jacks manually but refuses to auto level is often a battery problem rather than a controller problem.
